attentive staff comfortable bed
The staff was helpful and attentive. I especially liked their quick responses to my requests. my room was large, it featured a very comfortable bed! i found the design in the public spaces very stylish.
The gym was in the basement. It lacked air conditioning, this made exercising uncomfortable.

the hotel is near taksim square and istiklal street, both offer many options for dining and shopping. it is easily accessible by public transport, the metro and bus stations are within walking distance. despite being central, the hotel is on a side street, away from noise.

Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. They quickly addressed my inquiries. housekeeping maintained the room daily. It was always super clean. the hotel offers 24-hour room service, it is useful for late-night snacks. the hotel has a concierge service for arranging transport.

free upgrade clean room central location
I received a complimentary upgrade to a Design Suite Room upon arrival. This was a pleasant surprise. The room's cleanliness was notable, and I found the shower to have very good pressure. The location is central, so it's very easy to explore nearby attractions.
The street where the hotel is located feels a little narrow.

Fantastic Location and Beautiful Decor

The hotel decor is really beautiful and modern I found the basics I expect at a four-star hotel. The location is near Taksim and Istiklal Street which was really convenient. The rooms are spacious plus clean. It was very quiet inside the rooms despite being close to everything.
The air conditioning was not very strong in my room so I was a bit warm.

The staff was attentive to my requests. Housekeeping maintained the room well. Reception quickly helped with directions plus information. I appreciated their assistance so much.

neglected gym dingy spa facilities
the room was quite spacious, a definite plus.
The gym and spa facilities seemed neglected and dingy. I found this disappointing, especially given the hotel's overall rating. it seemed like these areas were forgotten. this made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy those amenities (i really wanted to use the sauna).
